A few times I have seen teenagers wearing baseball caps with the price tag and plastic hanging hook still on. At first I thought that they had just bought them, or maybe even stolen them, but it turns out this is a new fashion. It shows that your gear is ‘fresh off the shelf, innit’. If you widdit, you leave the tag on.
Has anyone else noticed this? Who started the craze, Usher, Dizzee, Fiddy? It’s almost as stupid as wearing a sticking plaster on your face all the time.
Ps. I’ve also had reports of these same people sucking babies dummies - dummy in one hand, fag in the other! Update: I have found people talking about this on chavscum.co.uk and chavtowns.com - so it’s officially a chav thing:
